Pediatric Occupational Therapy Services: Elevate Littles

Occupational therapy can help children of all ages (birth to 21 years old) improve motor, sensory, cognitive, social, and visual skills to enhance independence, self-esteem and quality of life. We strive to facilitate increased independence and participation in daily activities to help your child thrive at home, at school and within the community. Through evaluation, an individualized treatment program is developed to address the child’s skills needed for play, daily activities, school performance and what is developmentally appropriate to foster learning, social skills and overall development.

(Parkinson’s Disease Treatment program)

Our occupational therapist is certified in LSVT BIG. This evidence-based treatment program is designed for individuals with Parkinson’s Disease and other neurological conditions. The LSVT BIG protocol consists of 60-minute sessions completed in the clinic four days per week for four weeks and each patient is given a home exercise program for carryover at home to ensure success. General strengthening, endurance, ADL retraining and cognitive therapy Following an illness or injury, Elevate OT evaluates and uses a client-centered treatment plan to improve independence and facilitate participation in meaningful activities (occupations).
